1. How do I track my orders?

 

The quickest way is to log into your Tony & Candice account, and click on ‘Track Your Order' on the top page to find out where your package is. You also can click on ‘My Account' to find all your order information.

  

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?

 

When you place an order with Tony & Candice we will have to process the order first. All online orders will be processed at the same day at business days, weekend orders will be processed at next business day. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in, and which shipping method you select. Please refer to ‘Shipping Options' for more details on how long it will take to get your package.

 

3. Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

 

Sometimes it takes the information some time to update. If your shipment is from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs and the information will not be updated until it reaches a shipping station.
